Service Description

-A complimentary Meet & Greet with us (Usually done via Zoom) -A vision board created around yours and your fiancé's wishes for the big day.(Note:This helps make sure we are all on the same page and this typically ends up getting revised a couple of times as the day draws near and you find new inspiration) -1 week prior to your wedding we contact ALL of your vendors and confirm EVERY detail with them( correct addresses, time of arrival, amount of time needed for set up etc..) -From there we will create a day of timeline to send to you and your vendors. -BOTH of us will be on site for your wedding. Depending on the size of and details of your wedding there may be an additional member of our team joining us as well. -We will set up décor provided by the couple as well as tear down décor once reception wraps up.(Also note this does not include any heavy lifting or trash removal. Just provided décor.) -Rehearsal of ceremony either day of or the day prior to the wedding. We will make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone is where they need to be on time. -All gifts and cards will be moved to the couples vehicle at the end of the night. -One of us will be with the bride just before the ceremony to fluff your dress, give you a pep talk, etc, while the other is queuing the bridal party on when to walk and where to stand (Practiced in rehearsal) - We always make sure the Bride and Groom don't miss out on cocktail hour (as they are usually addressing guests or taking more photos) by bringing drinks and food to you! - We keep the night on track( without pushing you when you're busy enjoying yourselves) and make sure all of the major timeline events occur without hiccups.
